Our stay was great, we were fully satisfied and we will be happy to visit again. The Panoramic Deluxe Ocean View room where we stayed was amazing. We used the spa daily and every day we enjoyed variety of massages and facials offered at very good prices. The pool was great for swimming and right on the beach, which was also wonderful. Staff was very kind and attentive, if we needed anything it was enough to ask.

Hung, our concierge, was incredible. He was kind, responsive, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was - undoubtedly - the reason for our exceptional experience. He was always thinking 2 steps ahead of us, and our entire experience was seamless. We had nothing to worry about the entire time.

From the moment you step foot into the resort life is wonderful. The rooms were impeccable, staff amazing, food incredible. There is not one thing you could possibly need that has not already been thought of by the resort and organised by staff. Service and facilities perfect. Greg, DD, Tim, Front Office Manager, Trang were the most friendly management team I have ever experience and it flows through the resort to all that work there. Incredible work.
