The location was perfect. The beach, shops, and eateries was in walking distance. The pool overlooking beach was an amazing view. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything. We had been to HAIAN Hotel before and went there again after we cancelled our plans to the north of the country. The reception was phenomenal, they still remembered us from the previous week and sent us a message via whatsapp about our previous issues with the showers (it was most likely us not being familiar with the system there as opposed to an actual issue). They gave us a few discounts for the restaurant and even sent us some fruit to our rooms. Additionally they messaged me often about my stay and to know if I needed anything. Absolute stars, from the lobby staff (Miss Subeo was wonderfull) to everyone on the rooftop and restaurant. If I ever return to Danang, they will be 100% my number one choice.
