Hosts were great and very helpful .We arrived early and they had a room ready and let us check in. They gave us a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Ir meant we could drop our bags and start our exploring. Bed was super comfy!! Had the best nights sleep and that is a real bonus, as I suffer with joint pain.

Stan and Josh’s place felt like home and they were extremely welcoming and helpful! Their place is lovely, beds are extremely comfy, breakfast is amazing, make sure you try Josh’s specials! The location makes it super convenient to all the bars, restaurants, and shops on Commercial Street. It’s about 15-20 minute walk and you’re in the heart of Provincetown. Parking is hard to come by so having it within walking distance was ideal. Direct beach access that was dog friendly is also a plus. The room itself was clean, appeared to be newly renovated and had a large bathroom. All the staff was super kind and courteous and ready to answer any questions I had.

We had a 2nd floor room with a nice sea view. The room was very spacious, and the bed was very confortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast is simple but the products (muffins, fruits, yogurts) are good. The location of the hotel is nice (almost on the beach). Overall, great value for money.

The Breakwater Hotel was perfect! It was located right on the beach, which was so convenient and peaceful. It was very affordable and such a cute, cozy place to stay! It’s pet friendly which is good for me to know for future trips because I can bring my dog! There were some really cute dogs there. Thank you Breakwater! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Super cute space right on the water! Clean and comfortable, we only stayed for one night in Ptown and this was perfect. Close enough that you're only a 3-4 minute drive from downtown, but far enough out that it's quiet! They have a little space set up with chairs right on the beach for guests, and the view at night with all the stars was just as breathtaking as the sunrise. Continental breakfast was yummy and the staff was accommodating and kind.
