How many outlets and USB charging points there were in the room. The amazing view of the. sea. The easy walk the Gracey's Sea Shag and it's great food and beverages. Short distance to Newport and the entry points from there.

The property is excellent in terms of its location, view and closeness to nature. It is located just next to the beach, which you can reach within a few minutes' walk. The view of the sunset is spectacular. The view from the room is superb as well. There are lots of glass panes, so you can enjoy the beauty of nature from sitting in a chair or lying down on the bed. The kitchen has all the utensils that you need. Very cosy and comfortable room and the bed. Ideal for a family outing and vacation.

Absolutely incredible hotel right on the ocean's edge! The panoramic windows offered breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. The breakfast was fit for royalty, with a delightful variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to return to this amazing place! Highly recommended!

This B&B is THE place. We were treated like family. I felt so cared for and attended to, the lovely owner made sure there were cookies and asked which wines we would like. I was absolutely astounded with the care and consideration with the room and accommodations. The entire place was decorated beautifully, (which is SO HARD for hotels and B&B to accomplish,) it was decorated not only perfect for the area, but perfect for Newport. Newport is GORGEOUS, and the Bed and Breakfast completely reflected it! It had beach access which was adorably decorated on the walk there and back. The bed was lovely and clean and it had a whole fireplace!!!!!!!! I really cannot overhype this place, I almost don't want to leave a lovely review because I'd love to gatekeep it all for myself! If you're lucky enough to snag a room, I'm JEALOUS!! 129/10 Love it.
