The location was wonderful. Beautiful view of the ocean, nice private beach, picnic tables, very comfortable bed and the room was nice and clean. In addition, they serve a great breakfast. I had biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, orange juice and coffee. My wife had eggs, muffin and a variety of fresh fruit with v8. Generous portions of each. Very pleasant stay!

This ocean front property features direct access to the beach and rooms with sweeping ocean views. Lincoln City is 15 minutes’ drive away.

Absolutely incredible hotel right on the ocean's edge! The panoramic windows offered breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. The breakfast was fit for royalty, with a delightful variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This B&B is THE place. We were treated like family. I felt so cared for and attended to, the lovely owner made sure there were cookies and asked which wines we would like. I was absolutely astounded with the care and consideration with the room and accommodations. The entire place was decorated beautifully, (which is SO HARD for hotels and B&B to accomplish,) it was decorated not only perfect for the area, but perfect for Newport. Newport is GORGEOUS, and the Bed and Breakfast completely reflected it! It had beach access which was adorably decorated on the walk there and back. The bed was lovely and clean and it had a whole fireplace!!!!!!!! I really cannot overhype this place, I almost don't want to leave a lovely review because I'd love to gatekeep it all for myself! If you're lucky enough to snag a room, I'm JEALOUS!! 129/10 Love it.

We loved our room with the fireplace and balcony, especially with the nice kitchenette and dining area to enjoy the view. It was a special touch to have a bottle of champagne waiting with a Happy Anniversary note and treats as well! Late hot tub access was also enjoyed!
