Staying at Phulay Bay has been one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I had reserved a few nights for my fiancé and our family for our engagement proposal. Where do I even start with this hotel? The warmth and friendliness of the staff, stunning views and rooms and meticulous attention to detail throughout our visit blew us away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—it's a credit to the industry and something all hotels should aspire to emulate. The food was incredible, the excursions were well planned and pleasant, and the room service was exceptional. To our delight, we were often presented with personalised messages, rose petal baths and delicious treats. I've never felt such a connection with hotel staff, but staying here truly makes you feel as if you are part of a family. I would like to wish all the staff best of luck and hope that they are consistently recognised for the great work they do. I will definitely be coming back.

We love Tubkaak and it's our first time staying at this particular resort. We really liked it and found it great value. The beach cottage was beautiful, with the most amazing view. The room was also a great size & very clean. We really enjoyed the food both breakfast, lunch & dinner. Yes it's pricier but still good value compared to Europe! Special mention to peemai & William from the restaurant, very friendly and great service from them. Also housekeeping & reception are all very friendly and kind. The resort was very pretty and well kept. The beach was also beautifull and cleaned daily. We will definitely return. Thanks teams sunset!

Right on the beach! Good for swimmimg and not a lot of tourist on the beach. Very good restaurant at the hotel good breakfast best omelette I ever ate. Served with a big nice mix of fresh sallad .A helpful and nice Lady in the reception.We really felt welcome and had a nice stay at that hotel.

Absolutely fantastic location on a peaceful beach away from the main hub of Krabi. The property is stunning and great value for the price! We were staying as part of our honeymoon and received an upgrade to the pool facing room which was a really nice surprise. Loved loved love the breakfast! The whole resort had such a great atmosphere - perfection!
