This total private bay is a bit difficult to reach, but totally worth to go the extra mile. The hospitality of the staff makes you feel like a family member, not a guest. Accomondation is very basic but spending the day in a hammock or explore bay, beach and sea makes up for that. Perfect place for some quiet and lazy days. Expect no luxury but yout basic needs will be catered. If you look for a beach experiance like Thailand 20 years ago look no further.

Nice location with private road access to the beautiful beachfront hotel. Comfortable room of a good size, air-conditioned. Stunning sunsets with Burma just across the water. Lovely long jetty goes out from just in front of the hotel which is lit at night and is great to walk along in the evening before dinner. The hotel was quiet when we were there (early December), just a few guests, but the staff were attentive and helpful. (Limited English). The pool was pleasant to swim in. Did have some tree residue on the surface and some tiles missing but water was clean and cooling. Comfortable restaurant with air-conditioned section if required, lovely views. Good Thai and western menu options. Thank you for a pleasant 2 night stay, just 20 minutes drive from the Ranong hot springs!

Idealic. Their attention to detail exceeded all expectations. Super large comfy bed and pillows and free minibar. Food in the restaurant was authentic Thai, delicious and great value for money.

The area was really cool and nice vibe from the place and the family. Even tho they island feels isolated there were several guest there. Very comfy great view, amazing corner by the bar amd beach where u can lay down an read, many books there. I really like the place. To get to the bungalow amd back to pier cost 100 baht. At pier there r people who can take u there amd from bungalow they arrange one for you. Also u can rent a bike from sunset bungalow which can be bought to the pier. I would not recommend to drive there tho unless your are doin it for year. Not everywhere is Asphalt, its hilly depending where u r goin and slippery. I was glad when I decided to walk instead the bike after seeing the roads.

Lovely place, clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was very good and the beach is amazing! Room was newly built and clean with good bathroom.

My tent was right on the beach and next to the restaurant/bar Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely people, kind and helpful. This is by far the best place to stay on Koh Chang

It is very remote and there is very little there.... But it is beautiful with a nice beach, very friendly family run bungalows with restaurant.... Limited electric in the day time.... A nice fire on the beach each evening

The views were so stunning from both the bungalow and the tables/chilling area, beautiful beachfront with amazing sunset colours. The property was very clean and rustic, comfortable and quiet, one of the most beautiful accommodations we stayed at ever! The bungalow was very spacious with a hammock outside and very large bed. The owners Jib & Ao were so lovely, funny, kind and helpful, the family living and working on the property (father, mother and daughter - Mimi) were so sweet, happy to help and wonderful as well. They came to pick us up from the pier and we’re the loveliest people. They had a few dogs and a cat which were so friendly and nice, we were able to see the famous hornbills fed by Jib with bananas everyday, crabs, fish and geckos. The food they cooked was also outstanding and they had a variety of drinks you can choose from! Such a great experience! We will be coming back for sure. Until then, thank you all for everything! ❤️
