This is an amazing spot on Koh Samui, we stayed for 4 nights and had a very relaxing time. Probably one of the best holiday hotels I have stayed in of all time. Staff are friendly, the infinity pool is amazing on top of a nice stretch of beach. Quality of food is great (breakfast, lunch or dinner), rooms are well designed and a nice touch with direct pool access from every room. The place really has a high-end feel to it but still feels intimate because of not being a huge resort. Would love to visit again!

It was wonderful to have our own swimming pool and the sea right there. There is also a massage hut available right next to the property wheere you can hear the waves - perfect for relaxing - they are very good, friendly and reasonable prices. Everone were very friendly and June was an absolute star. She organised taxi services, laundry, cleaned and more. I wished we could have stayed here for at least two weeks. It was a great way to start our trip in Thailand. We were able to walk on the beach for miles (especially when low-tide) and there are quite a few restaurants right on the beach. The closest one is the Treehouse - they have excellent food at reasonable prices.

We have been vacationing in Koh Samui for twenty-four years and this was our best stay. W Hotel is charming and lobby pool adds a nice touch, especially for the nightly fire dancers. Our room was surprising large compared to other top Samui hotels and included a private pool and spectacular view of the ocean over the adjacent forest canopy. I cannot begin to praise the staff enough. The buggy drivers were always helpful and during one rain storm they delivered us directly to our car in the parking garage thus avoiding a transfer in the rain in front of the hotel. The driver waited and then guided us out to the access road which was another nice touch. Food, especially the Thai options were delicious and surpassed the dinner we had at a nearby resort that has a lengthy discourse on the high quality of their chef and Thai food on their web site. We had several meals in our pool villa and the service was excellent and it was lovely to enjoy our private dining from our own deck overlooking the beautiful view. We also returned this trip for another excellent Japanese meal at the featured restaurant, Namu. It is not surprising why they continue to win awards after you enjoy their lobster with spicy noodles. Service was never farther than a call away and our requests were frequently handled by Aimee who is not only super-efficient but also charming. She met and exceeded our requests and also provided shopping tips and restaurant recommendations, It was interesting to compare our years of visiting Samui with here more recent experiences. W Hotel provides lovely rooms, great dining experience and an unmatched excellent staff and I would highly recommend staying there.

Great resort with unlimited great views and great facilities! A proper escape. Well maintained and manned by the extremely friendly, helpful, professional and tentative staff. The room’s amenities include everything you can think of in a hotel. The restaurants/bars are top notch and food was exceptionally good! The resort is well isolated from the rest of the island do not expect to use it as a hub for discovering the island. everything is provided inside so it is a full disconnection from the outside.

Everything was excellent but above that the staff and their service was absolutely superb. Whatever you need they will provide, bring, fix. And with wide smile. The whole resort set-up is beautiful. We had the 1 bedroom house with pool. The room is really spacious and typical thai design fully equipped with everything you need.

Lovely little spot off the beating track. Very clean, very tasty and fairly priced food/drink (expect hotel prices, but 100% tasty) and scooters etc to rent if needed. 2-4-1 cocktails at 4-6 - would recommend, they’re very nice. The beach/pool was nice, although the sea didn’t go out much during our stay, but nothing they can do to help this.

We had unforgettable days here. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with the sea very close, a lovely beach, and a swimming pool. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always handling everything we needed with a smile. When we noticed there was no hairdryer or kettle in the room, they provided them immediately. We were even able to change rooms, as it was a long-time dream of mine to stay right on the beachfront – they kindly arranged this for us when a room became available the next day. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The bungalow is simple in a positive sense – clean, comfortable, with daily housekeeping and fresh drinking water provided every day. We were not looking for luxury, and it was perfect for us. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything 🥰
