I travel a lot and this hotel has redefined my expectations re: helpful and friendly staff. There were all amazing. We really felt welcomed, spoiled, helped and looked after in every way. Breakfast and the restaurant are very good, we got repeated massages and were all great, the villa had lovely furniture and plenty of space and light. We chose garden view instead of sea view to have more privacy (as we always do) and did not regret it. The area is a lot less "urban" than the north and west of the island, but we did like how the beach was often empty and the whole area felt calm. There are two 7-11 and a few restaurants within ~15 min walking distance. And don't worry —— the dogs that walk alone sometimes on the beach are friendly and very smart.

We stayed in the appartment only for one night and we had everything what we needed (or even more). We stayed in small house in front of sea and it was really nice. The furniture in the house is quite old but the rooms are really big. The breakfast was very tasty, we could choose from eggs, waffles, pancakes, bacon… and we had also yoghurts, muesli, fresh fruit, vegetable…

The place is a gem..the bungalow is big, with a comfortable bed and very clean. I had a terrace with a partial view of the sea where I could hear the waves and the birds. I also liked relaxing on one of the sun chairs next to the beach. The restaurant is also next to the sea and serves delicious food. .The staff is super friendly and helpful (they would do anything to help you). It is a place where one can relax. Moreover, the beach is beautiful there.

Everything was great - boutique resort with family atmosphere, located on a more isolated side of the island which was great. The beach was almost private and felt pristine - the view from restaurant area was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We would definitively stay there once again!

We loved our stay at Lipe Beach Resort. We were there during the low season so the whole island was very quiet. We stayed in the beachfront deluxe bungalow and had a perfect view of the sunrise in the morning. The resort is made up of a beach bar with loads of beds to lay on and catch sun while you sip drinks, the covered restaurant with reception where you can rent snorkel equipment and book massages, and several little bungalows right on the beach. We booked massages and they were some of the best we had in Thailand. The staff had a volleyball game going that they invited us to join in and it was great fun! The real reason to stay here tho is the sunrise view and the short walk down the beach for the sunset view. Koh Lipe was our favorite island out of the 5 we stayed on in Thailand and Lipe Beach Resort was the perfect place to stay!

Nikki beach is a true jem of koh samui , on the quiet side of the island where sunset happens. Details and confort are a strong point , we stayed on the junior suite and it was perfect Location/food/service/facilities are top noch!!!
