We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel and spent two weeks full of comfort and coziness. We’re so grateful to all the staff for their kindness, hospitality, and inspiration. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you to the lovely receptionists whose warmth and attention won us over from the very first minute. Nont and Alex were always ready to help with everything we needed. 🌂 Every morning, the swimming pool team greeted us with bright smiles, making our day start off in the best way possible! ☀️ A huge thank you to everyone who works at Loca Vore. The amazing chefs delighted us with delicious and varied meals, and the waiters were always kind and welcoming. Special greetings to Koy and Neeny! ☺️😊 We also made friends with the recreation team. The pétanque game, full-body stretching, and Tai Chi sessions were wonderful. We hope to join the new Aqua Tai Chi classes next year! 😉 We’re so impressed by Job, Yo, Sun, Pang and Neena — their professionalism and kindness recharged our energy levels. 💪 Many thanks to the housekeeping team for their responsible and dedicated work! The service from end-to-end was lovely, warm, and professional. The hotel premises in themselves are beautiful, well maintained, perfect to find serenity and get in the mood for your holidays. We have been upgraded to a villa with a pool upon arrival, which was wonderful in itself but also to experience - the room was spacious, wonderful views over the pool, an outdoor bathroom with a shower and a tub, nice decoration... I took great advantage of the spa - highly professional therapists, and a beautiful setting to relax also. The lunch menu is really good (special mention to the BBQ ribs). I did a Muay Thai and yoga class, which were great as well - finally, we did the James Bond Island tour as well, which was a great experience. They have a farm onsite as well which I didn't have the chance to visit.

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with attention to every detail. What truly stood out was the outstanding service – every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay exceptional. The restaurants on-site are also mostly top-notch and offer a great variety of cuisine. We particularly liked Ginja - the Thai Restaurant. The Gym and offered activities are top. We tried out a circuit training and two other group trainings which were absolutely fine. The pool areas and spa are absolutely serene – ideal for relaxing and recharging. The entire experience felt curated, personal, and truly luxurious without being pretentious.

Beautiful, modern 3 bedroom villa. We booked to be close to Soi Dogs, where we volunteered (a great experience). We originally stayed in 9912, then extended our stay because we liked it so much, so also stayed in 9917. We preferred 9917 because the sun was on the pool for more of the day and it was on a bigger plot - but both are great. Our daughter (21) liked that the third bedroom was separate. The host and onsite staff responded immediately to any queries. We really liked that there was daily service for a quick clean (a team swoops in!), bed-making and new linens. Initially we were concerned that we were far from amenities, but there are many restaurants within walking distance (Mamas is great) and various supermarkets. There are always tuk-tuks to be flagged down on the main road and grabs arrive quickly for longer journeys. The beach beautiful and quiet and is walkable, but we preferred to take a tuk-tuk to either the beach (a few food and drink stand and toilets there) or the airport viewing point.

Everything we experienced during our short stay was fantastic. The staff, service, the room, facilities and the pool areas was awesome. We were surprised yet very pleased with the beach side thai massage even though it might not belonged to the hotel. The restaurants, both breakfast and nearby the beach was absolutely perfect. Will definitely come back for a longer stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. And the fact that we got a free upgrade on our rooms just added that extra ”icing on the cake”. Thank you for that!

The hotel is the perfect location for stay near the airport. Moreover what makes it special is the private beach just behind the hotel and we can see the plane take off and landing from the beach. Too good to have a day full of fun and enjoy the beach and the pool. The breakfast is well spread totally worth it.

Pool was very beautiful Resort is well maintained and staff are very attentive and friendly Kids club was great and 24hour room service was an added bonus too. Brekky was also really lovely and the added view of the beach and beanbags on the beach were really nice too even though we didn’t swim in ocean

The hotel was right on the beach, it had 3 large pools, all were lovely. However they did have a few leaves and sand in them, mainly due to location near to the beach and greenery around the hotel. Our room was great overlooking the pool, lots of room and storage. The bathroom was also great with lots of hot water.

Lovely design and super facilites. Very photogenic and super well kept. Staff was great. Location right on the beach was lovely too - it was surprisingly quiet and the waves were alot of fun.
