We honestly can’t recommend Kata Views enough. We had such a lovely week. The apartment was just perfect and really felt like home. It’s in an amazing location, close enough to Kata and Karon beaches to enjoy all of the hustle and bustle but also far enough away to have total peace and quiet. The private gym and pool were also a very helpful addition. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable we’ve ever stayed in! We hope to be back again to visit some day.

The resort has an incredible location between Kata and Kata Noi. It gives you great seclusion from the busy areas in town. Kata Beach is very busy, but Kata Noi Beach is just perfect. It's a very short walk down some steps to the beach. Both town areas are very close, but you do need to walk up and down a hill or some steps. As for the stay, we stayed in an Ocean Wing suite. If you are thinking about this room, just book it now. It's a private paradise with only 6 rooms, it's own pool, lounge area and just the most incredible sunset. Sai and Ton in the Ocean Wing took care of everything, we felt very pampered there - amazing guys. Most of the time we saw only a couple of other guests in the Ocean wing, so if you are looking for privacy, this is great. Th room was nice, a bit dated but we really were out in the Ocean wing most of the time we were at the resort and not the room. The restaurant was top notch, creative food and nice views. We ended up eating at the restaurant itself once, and then ordered food from time to time directly to the Ocean wing for a private meal.

Apartment is very spacious, clean, comfortable. You feel it a very private despite on neighbours. A good view from the balcony, a pleasant birds singing, not too loud. Close to Karon beach (this one is better, cleaner than Kata). There is covered parking.
