Words can’t adequately describe how wonderfully warmly we were received at Villa Keur Bibou. A beautiful house filled with tribal art and curiosities, a private boat to ferry you back and forth whenever you desire, expert local knowledge at your fingertips, a ride from the airport, all this organised without charge or fuss. Not to mention the surprise jacuzzi and aperitif, the warm and lovely staff who think of everything, are always nearby when you need them and completely invisible otherwise, and should you be lucky enough to meet Michel himself, well he’ll make you feel like you’re a visiting dignitary. I’ve travelled extensively, both with and without my family, and cannot recommend a stay here highly enough. They really care that you are comfortable, have everything you need or could want, and bend over backwards to make your stay perfect. 12 out of 10. Also worth mentioning that if you’re new to Dakar or Senegal the Île de Ngor is a great place to begin your stay. Removed from the hustle and bustle it packs in a lot of interest for its small size.

The property was a world of art as well as a work of art. The tranquility and peacefulness of the environment was special! An incredibly interesting property. It was difficult to go explore the Island as we just wanted to stay and explore the property 😄. Beautiful place and wonderful hosts! i stayed in the apartment for 10 days with my family and we loved it . Everything was wonderful ,The apartment was everything we expected ,that place was really clean with a beautiful view .I would definitely suggest anyone to stay there cause it's really safe and clean and everything was in place to make your stay comfortable .
