The accommodation in a small and quiet street. Nice view of the city, the neighbor lady sang Portuguese songs while cooking, we had everything we needed. The car park is a minute from the accommodation, which was not a problem at all.

I don’t have enough words to fully express, on behalf of our entire family, our heartfelt thanks to Soraia. Thanks to her, our canceled flight turned from a nightmare into a well-organized, unplanned day. Thanks to this amazing owner, who was more than willing to help us with pickup and a late-night transfer from the airport, we were finally able to relax and handle everything with a clear mind. Thank you for your willingness, hospitality, and kindness in doing absolutely everything for us—especially while traveling with children and under the difficult circumstances that arose. If you want to truly experience Madeira and its greatest treasure—kind, helpful, and hospitable people who will do everything to make you feel welcome—I highly recommend turning to Soraia. As a local, she will host you and show you places you won’t find anywhere else. Once again, a huge thank you, and I wish you many wonderful and kind guests!

Everything is liked! It was a great match with my likes. The interior design and all the things inside perfectly fit my mental needs. The location is great and there is a parking place inside, which was so great! The owner is so pleasant. He helped me with all the difficulties came up for me and he also gifted me a bunch of nice bananas from his garden.

Easy check in, clear instructions. The house is split in two parts, which is a bit funny but also adventurous. The house is very clean and quite big as well. We could park in front of the house so that was nice. From Machico it is very easy to see the whole south side of the island.

We landed in Madeira late at night and the hosts (Maurice and a colleague), very kindly, offered to pick us up from the airport and drive us to the wonderful apartment located in Agua de Pena. I must say that we travel a lot in the world and we have never encountered such a high level of guest service. The hosts were available to us for everything and answered every question with great professionalism. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything (nothing was spared from us) and perfectly decorated. You feel like they put a lot of thought into every detail, with all sorts of surprising kits in the shower room, from tubes of sunscreen and decorative blankets for a picnic or the beach, to the kitchen that was equipped with everything (not just dishes but also food products). There is no doubt that the experience and service are the strengths of the apartment, and i hope we can return to stay soon.

Very convenient stay, large apartment with separate rooms - living room and bedroom. We had everything we need, washing machine and washing liquid, dishwasher and the tablets, oven. Normal towels and beach towels, sun umbrella and ordinary umbrella, shampoo and shower gel, spices, salt, coffee… everything which is needed.
