Staff were very friendly, helped with any request and had great recommendations for food. Lovely little touches like a gift in the room, complimentary mini bar and all day refreshments downstairs. Breakfast was of a high standard, great timings (7-11am) and set in the most beautifully designed room with a terrace and open windows to see the world go by. Location is in the old town, most places walkable and fantastic surroundings.

The location was just great, even not so loud in such a busy city like Lisbon. The hotel was not big that is a plus was feeling cosy and calm. The breakfast was excellent. I like that hotel had living room with snacks. So you can always drink tea and read and take a good rest. Everything was clean and tidy.

The staff could not have been more helpful! reception staff noticed that it was my sisters birthday on day two of our stay and without asking brought a bottle of bubbles and cake to help us celebrate. It was the sort of thing that makes your day. Our accommodation was on the first floor and we thought it might cause a problem but the shutters provided the solution. Location for sightseeing was excellent and would stay again without any hesitation

As a history buff, the best part of this hotel was that there was a museum with Roman ruins right inside! The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the best restaurants, shops, and museums. We didn't have breakfast included so only had it twice but both times it was delicious and plentiful, with many selections. The staff was great as well, especially Bruno who was so helpful throughout our stay!

Amazing place. Very well furnished with everything one could possibly need. Modern accommodation but with wonderful details and atmosphere of Portuguese tradition. That was something we really loved about it. Location is perfect, right at the city centre. Communication with Nadia was excellent, she gave us all the info in advance and was very nice.
