Small, modern and nice hotel with excellent location. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, the best we got in our trip in Portugal. Highly recommended.

Where do you start? Large room, great bed, welcome bottle of wine, daily replenishment of refrigerator items (eggs, cheese, yoghurt, butter, fruit, milk, granola) plus a bag of fresh rolls, croissants, Portuguese custard tarts, hung on the door each morning! - a coffee machine with capsules! - a washer dryer, bath robes, and the list goes on. The staff without exception were excellent, especially Alex who checked us in and came up to give us a run-down of the apartment’s features. We saw him often in the week we stayed. The location was brilliant. Close to restaurants, landmarks and transport.

I was visiting for business, and the location couldn’t have been better. The hotel is situated on a quiet street with tram tracks, so it's peaceful and free from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Yet, it’s just a short walk from all the major attractions and central points in the city. Perfect balance! The service at the hotel was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the staff was impeccable, always ready to help with anything, big or small. As for the breakfast—luxury! The spread is worth every penny. All the ingredients are top-quality. Fresh fruits like kiwi, oranges, pineapple, melon, and papaya are on offer, and the cold appetizers include fresh salmon and other premium selections. It’s a perfect start to the day. Now, the room: in my standard room, I had two large windows and a high ceiling (around 3.5 meters), which made the space feel vast and airy. The bed was enormous—truly a King-size—and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. Every detail was carefully thought out, from the daily supply of complimentary water to the in-room, coffee machine with pods. I have long hair, and I usually bring my own shampoo and conditioner when I travel, but the products here were from a renowned French brand—top quality, so I didn’t need to use my own. The bathroom amenities were all excellent. The room also offered ample space to work. I set up my laptop by the window, enjoying coffee in a comfortable chair—perfect for the times I needed to catch up on work. The hotel’s restaurant, Sebastiao, deserves special mention. Don’t even bother looking for alternatives! In Lisbon’s city center, there are always people trying to lure you into restaurants with promises of great deals, but I can’t imagine a better dining experience than at Sebastiao. The food is a delightful blend of traditional Portuguese dishes and fusion cuisine, all made with exceptional quality ingredients. Plus, there’s l jazz music to set the mood, making it a great spot for a business dinner!!!

everything you could need in Lisbon, amazing 2 bad apartment that was spotless right in the heart of everything. there is no better location for a trip to Lisbon. the staff were so helpful and friendly, they even helped with our many bags that were to go up 4 flights of stairs. I will be back in Lisbon and I will be staying here again…
