We also did have a great time at Tiwi Pearl as described by previous visitors. But I want to particularily mention how welcoming and helpful Saquar is. We forgot an personal item at the hotel and it was sent to another hotel where we stayed later without any problems. We enjoyed staying in our own house with our own private pool. The location of the house is very well suited to explore the spectacular wadis and nice beaches around Sur. In the evening you can have dinner in Sur, it is just a 5 minute drive to the city center. The house is spacious and very clean, the living room is huge! The owner was extremely hospitable and welcoming.

Loved the beach front view, the proximity to places of interest like Dhow museum, beach, souq. About a 10 min walk to the bus stop. Enjoyed the huge apartment and the helpful staff.

The host Abdullah was a very nice person. The property is managed by two Bangladeshi lads and they were simply superb in terms of providing the best experience. The property manager went out of his way to help us with preparing food and utensils. The property is beach facing and the host provided access to an open kitchen which is fully stocked and one can prepare meals. It is a 15 minute drive to Wadi Shab and 30 mins to Bimmah Sink hole. One recommendation would be to visit the Pebble beach which is simply stunning. The place is secluded and gives you the right kind of space meant for a holiday. The only drawback is there are limited grocery stores or restaurants in the property's vicinity. So you need to have your own car to fetch stuff.
