It was easy to find. A little bit out of the the main waterfront area. Parking in front of the studio. Friendly welcoming from host as we arived. Could see that this was a new establishment. All the basic kitchen appliances and cutlery was available. Everything was clean and neat.

We had the perfect little lodge house right on the beach of lake Taupo. Great to see the sunset and be in a tranquil spot. The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need. Bron the host was very welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for the night.

Such a perfect location right on the beach. Welcoming, accomodating and friendly staff. I originally wanted to do a late checkout, when I called to ask they were happy to help and very friendly. I felt as they wanted our business. (Whereas the large hotel further along the beach were less friendly and not accomodating.) It helped us make the right choice to stay at Boulevard Waters and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large, spa bath lovely, thermal pool a treat and the view stunning. Highly recommend.
