I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly soft, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and engaging, making for some enjoyable conversations. The bathtub was spacious, and the room was warm and cozy. Additionally, the view from the room was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel!

Peppers was a perfect setting for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Staff, especially the breakfast crew were amazing in helping map our way through local attractions. The premises and our suite were maintained with the highest standard of cleanliness.

Had a nice time here, good family memories were created. Good rooms and amazing staff that were very facilitating and hospitable about our late check in, also the late night security guard on Saturday night was very nice and helpful with letting us in when the gate was not working with our number plate. 10/10 we will be back and tell our friends and family to come here

Very nice location in Rotorua - you'll have to walk a bit to get there but once you figured out the little-streets-system, you'll be able to walk near historical sites to get to the city center. So it is situated near the lake and thats why it is so quiet at night and good air surrounding you. You'll have a kitchen annex at the small cabin, 4 people capacity, and outside the lawn and trees behind the camping. On spot are up to 4 pools, just for sitting, one for swimming, rather small but with actual healing water for free. Check out the aquatic center nearby (for real lap swimming) or the big spas in the main city park an of course the surroundings with geothermal activity (the Lady Knox Geysir btw is chemically induced with soap but the Champagne pool is amazing) !

Kat and Roger are exceptional hosts, ensuring that our E bikes were safely stowed in their garage, and offering us a cool drink on the deck with the most stunning views across their lawn of Lake Rotorua. You absolutely must try Kat's Nasi Goreng for breakfast, though full cooked English breakfast or a Continental option is also on offer. Our warm, spacious studio was only a few steps from Kat and Rogers private beach where there is a kayak for guest use. Our room was spacious, the bed super comfy, the ensuite and room spotless and we appreciated all the extra touches including fresh milk in our fridge for the tea and coffee provided. The property is in a quiet residential lakefront area, yet only a few minutes from Rotorua CBD and close to the Gondola, Luge and Zorb. There is a Superette, Fish Shop and Indian and Chinese takeaways close by.
