Arrived late but code had been emailed previously to enable us entry. The electric portable stove hidden in the cupboard caught us out....only discovered it once the boys had cooked our pasta in the communal kitchen. 😂 Hire of the spades for Hot Water Beach was very helpful as was being able to shower in the communal block later after the beach even though we'd checked out. Thank you.

This is such a lovely place to stay. It backs onto a gorgeous river estuary and they have kayaks in the backyard that you can borrow in order to explore! Facilities were fantastic, very tastefully decorated and super comfortable. Very nice touch to provide breakfast. There is also a shovel waiting on thr garden patio to take to the hot beach :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. I booked 3 different units, for 8 people, which gave us lots of space. Having a shared patio was a bonus for meals with all of the family. (The one unit had a full kitchen, which was handy and having bbqs were great!). Having the beach right across the road was amazing, as well.
