We enjoyed our stay in Apartment 8. It is upstairs which might not suit some, but it is beautifully furnished and super clean. We found the location exceplenty and we weren't bothered by noise. The bed was comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows. The iron and ironing board and the hair dryer were well used as we were going to a wedding! All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Stunning location and just a charming property. Really well done out - loved all the eclectic artwork. The view from the lounge is exceptional. Really comfortable and cosy. Great accessibility to the beach. We loved how everything had been reclaimed and reused - it lent such character to the place.

Very clean and the room came with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Excellent place to stay especially when travelling with kids. Close proximity to the coast, food places and shops. Loved our stay and we will definitely stay at Dawsons when we go to New Plymouth again.

We loved it here. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Wonderful location within walking distance into the town and to the park and the sea. Ensuite was very nice and the shower was great. Quiet at night. Laundry facilities were excellent. The lady running the place was lovely and very helpful.

The views every morning amazing. The Sun shone though the house every morning. It was beautiful to be in the Sun room when it rained as well very calming. The house was very clean and beautifully set up. The location is perfect central to everywhere I loved my stay here with my family. The price is not only affordable but well worth it.
