Great location! less than a 10-minute walk to the street with restaurants, and about 10–15 minutes to the main bus/train station. Truly a “guest room” experience, as the name suggests. Two kitchens (one large, one small), plus dining tables on each floor for guests to use freely. My room was quiet and the internet was fast and stable both in the room and common areas. Bathroom amenities were nice, and if you run out, you can easily get more from the cupboards on each floor without waiting. Room temperature, size, hangers, desk, and double bed were all comfortable and sufficient. Allowed me to leave my luggage inside before check-in time. Kitchen on top floor was clean and well-equipped. The building and rooms looked new. Visitor parking area is available. A big plus for those traveling by car. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Stavanger!

We were there for only one night. Perfect location with walking distance to Fargegarten and Gamle Stavanger, quiet, very modern and very comfortable. Loved everything about it. We were surprised by how spacious the studio apartment was! Parking was a little further away (3-4 minute walk), but we knew that in advance, and turned out less expensive than the closer ones.
