Top! This one was our favourite accommodation of our Lofoten trip. With the renovation just being finished (June 2025), we had the pleasure of being one of the first guests here. The cabin wonderfully combines the flair of traditional Rorbuar with modern amenities. The owner is super friendly.

Totally agree with Kristina's review (June 2025) This isn't a house for those who expect luxury. It's for people with basic needs who are looking for peace and quiet. Yes, the house is old and there's still a lot that needs to be done in it and around it, but you can have a perfect time there just as we have. The kitchen has everything to cook your own meals, hobs and oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, pots, pans... Might need more cups if a bigger group is staying. Dishwasher. Some cleaning products, foil, food left from previous and for next guests to use. We found the sofa to be very comfortable but the blankets could be fresher. WiFi working fine. Bathroom ok, two hairdryers provided. Had no problem with the hot water but it was just two of us so a bigger group might have issues with that. And yes the shower head holder would be helpful. There are 3 bedrooms - a double one which we used and had no problem with it, there's also a single one and a twin. The house was warm, set to 22 degrees, but if you need it, there are two additional heaters to use. The nearest shop is about 5 min drive away in Ramberg. The location is stunning, we've enjoyed looking out the window and watching the birds and the tides. The place was everything we wanted - private, peaceful, quiet, but close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. It had everything we needed and we would stay there again.

The property is in a close distance to the beautiful hikes. It was also very clean and tidy. There is no interesting view from the windows, but who would stay inside in such a beautiful place on Earth.

The house exceeded our expectations. Great collaboration area, with big table where you can eat, play games and spend time with others. All well equiped, you could find there everything what was needed, like equipment in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. Bedrooms big and convinient. Jacuzzi with a fire place won the evenings. We were here with a group of friends, but would be also great for a family with kids. Fantastic view, couple of meters to sea and for hiking. Owner is super responsive. We loved the place and if we come back to Lofoten definitely we will do our best to stay in the same house.
