The property location is exceptional, with fabulous views out across the fjord towards Ryten to the west and various mountains to the south. Before I arrived, I was worried about potential noise from the E10 road being so close, but I needn't have been. A wonderfully peaceful and tranquil week of incredible beauty, where Lofoten's poetry of light danced endlessly around us. A holiday that will stay with us always.

This large, well-appointed home sits right by the main road, directly across from a major supermarket and several restaurants. It offers generous space, all essential appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. This is an exceptional place to stay for many reasons! I was greeted by Hermod who gave me lots of useful information on arrival and was very welcoming. The property is spotlessly clean and has all the facilities you need for staying and cooking. The shared kitchen is very well equipped and there was nothing extra needed. Shared bathroom is large and very clean too. The property's location overlooking a beautiful beach and mountains is fantastic and I had this same wonderful view from my window. The owners Heloíse & Hermod live upstairs and are available if you need anything but leave you alone unless you need them. Would love to come back here one day!

Good and clean cabin. The kitchenette was really nice, cute and practical. The seating and beds were comfortable. We would definitely come back here again. The cabin was also prepared with really nice scented and moisturising hand wash, which I ended up purchasing myself later. The owner was nice and recieving on the night we arrived too. 😊

Complete inventory including washing machine and dryer. Contact with Kjell (host) was good. Sørvågen is “in the middle” of everything beautiful. Nice walk in the backyard. Near Reinebringen 1900+ stairs which was clouded. The village also has 2 supermarkets. In other words, there was nothing we missed w.r.t. accommodation and nature. I was even able to top up my EV. Included in the rental price!
