arrived to a very friendly welcome from the hosts, with coffee and a muffin, they helped us sort out which trams and buses we needed, the room was amazing, every inch had been thought out, even down to you could change the wardrobe into shelves if you wanted, there was tea coffee, biscuits and more, then breakfast was continental, we did not want for anything, the garden was lovely and I enjoyed the balcony, the shower was awesome, the door locks was so easy to use too, highly recommended, it's a bit out of the city but plenty of trams and buses, on entry into the street was wondering if had correct address but once inside absolutely lovely and clean, also greeted on leaving as to was everything OK, thankyou amazing place and hosts

The stay exceeded our expectations!! The room was great. Very big, clean and with a great view! The location was very central. The staff was excellent. Very helpful and polite. Before visiting the hotel, I read in the comments that the breakfast is not good. I strongly disagree. The breakfast was excellent and constantly renewed. It was also very convenient that you could take your breakfast or drink in the room. Overall a great hotel! We will visit again for sure!
