The park is stunning, with a lovely little playground at the water's edge. Despite some traffic noise from the nearby main road, the park setting feels close to nature - lots of birdsong abounds! The lodge is spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There isn't much in the way of shops and cafés in the immediate surroundings, but Vathorst train station with direct trains to various towns and cities is just a short walk away.

Wouta and Cees are model hosts: friendly, helpful, generous and welcoming. The house is small but absolutely perfect: there's a wood burning fire, a comfortable and cosy bed, a well-stocked kitchen (lots of tea, eggs, herbs and spices etc.) and huge windows looking out onto the horses in the fields. Very nice hotel, the pictures are not even capturing the reality because the hotel (from outside) looks even better than on photos. We only stayed one night But everything seemed to be fine and up to our expectations.

Nice camping house, has all what needed. Good starting point for all the destinations in Netherlands. Half an hour to Utrecht and one hour to Amsterdam. Nice beach on the canal near by.

Nice and modern accommodation. Bigger than an average hotel room. Comfortable bed, nice shower, sitting area, and balcony overlooking the water. The room was very clean, and even when we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, the personnel would leave fresh towels, toilet paper, and tea for us outside our door. All park employees were very friendly. It was quite busy at Aqua Mundo, but this was something to be expected. The location of the hotel rooms is quite convenient as they are less than 5 minutes away from all the main park shops, restaurants and pools. The parking lot isn't too far either. We will definitely visit again.
