The location at Playa Gigante is a well kept secret, it is close enough but away from more crowded locations to the south and to the north. The people at Gigante are working fishermen mostly with huge smiles, and willing to go out of their way to help. Smiles and greetings guaranteed as they pass you by. No exceptions. Wow. The hotel, is a small operation run by its owner and loyal staff, always on premises. Very secure, very clean, very attractive and representative of the area. I would not consider booking anywhere else when I decide to return, which I most certainly will.

I had a wonderful experience in this hostel, Daniela and Lubosh(Tony) make you feel amazing, her coffee is the best and the food is amazing, sunsets there are really nice! I loved the peace in this place!

The staff are so lovely and helpful. The breakfast is huge and delicious. The rooms are simple but have lots of clean towels and AC. The courtyard is a beautiful place to hang out, swim, read, and enjoy views of the beach. I loved our stay here.

All the way around the views were stunning, the room was spotless and well appointed, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the food was delicious. The vibe was of complete relaxation and rejuvenation and the sunset was absolutely stunning. Couldn’t ask for a better place for a couple’s getaway.

Laura is such a lovely host. The property is on top of a hill meaning you have the best view of both beaches: playa gigante and playa amarillo 😍 it's the most peaceful little place with a beautiful garden, hammocks and little platforms to chill and enjoy the view! There is a private access to playa amarillo from the back of the house so you get a shortcut to the surf beach 🙌🏼 There is a kitchen if you want to cook or make some coffee in the morning. It's all new/just renovated and very clean! Also the WiFi was working really well so that I could do work calls with the a stunning view.
