Amazing place amidst the quite and lush farm owned and run by the local family. The hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, that it was such a pleasurable experience to stay at the place. Truly felt like home. Bungalows look and feel amazing, it is minimal, but gives everything that is needed to feel incredible experience amidst the nature. Food cooked by the owners at the Finca was super delicious! Everything was organics and sourced locally and directly grown at the farm. One of the best stays at Nicaragua so far, definitely recommended!

This place exceeded all my expectations! The location on the beach is magical, you can wake up to the lake & watch amazing sunsets. The staff are wonderful too they cooked up a meal for me one night even though the kitchen was closed & upgraded me to a better room because they had some spare & they speak English. Perfect if you want to escape the busy inland places like Granada, San Juan Del Sur or Rivas for a few days.

The location is good, the back area is a really great spot with beautiful views of the lake, it is very private (only share with one other room). Equipped with a kitchen, filter water and fridge. Mar was a friendly host, and most helpful, he shared information on how to get there as soon as booking confirmed, we opted for the moto rental with Willys (highly recommend). We extended our stay by 3 nights we liked it so much.

Everything! The room was bright, beautiful, we had a lot of space, air conditioning worked, the bed is so comfy. On top Naldon is always there when you need something. He is happy to help you with any problem. The rest of the staff are also so welcoming. We would come back any time. The Xalli enriched our stay on Ometepe so much. Thank you for that! :)

Idyllic setting just across the road from a small lakeside beach . Comfortable rooms , great Breakfast and 1 minute walk from a supermarket which is open 18 hours a day. Marlon the owner is a gentleman, nothing is too much trouble and I will always treasure memories of having a beer and watching the World Series with him in the bar.

Good location, excellent free breakfast, friendly, over the top helpful staff. Good size form with big ensuite. Plenty of relaxing areas. Kitchen for cooking!
