Beach Hotels in Tulum

Honestly, this place well worths a visit, it will but surprise you. We were atracted by the pictures on Booking, but when there, we got astonished by the place. The place is brand new, opened just over a year ago, and so you notice because everything is new, modern, with an attention to detail to be pointed out, the arabic atmosphere merged with the tropical environment of Tulum stands this place up to one of the beautiest I've ever been. We arrived quite late at night, but we were so impressed with the place that we couldn't but discover the place, quietly obviously, we don't wanted to bother noone, nor the turtles that were on breeding season (incredible experience as well). During our walk through, we meet Julian, the person in charge at night how was willing to show us the place around and sharing some comments about its construction, surroundings and everything, it was so kind from him. The room was beautiful, clean, with lots of space, a spatious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, a small terrace with a small private swimming pool, comfortble beds, every facilitie you may need, and all with so much detail and care for excellence. To show the detail of the place, every rug on the place is perfumed to obtain a caractewristic aroma for the place, gel, shampoo, lotion are from Rituals, by the entrance, every room has a small sort of fountain, so you can remove the sand from your feet before entering the room. They have three main areas to eat and drink, one next to reception room, an open space bar/restaurant just by the garden, a second one on a rooftop in front of the sea, coming with a swimming pool to chill, and las but not less important, the area placed just into the beach, Marvellous place, quiet, calm and relaxed to enojy the sound of the sea, or even walk into the sea, as you have direct access. Bear in mind that if you are an early bird, you could catch up some amazing pictures of the sunset by the ocean.

We were unlucky that on our first night, our neighbours were unfortunately loud late at night. When we complained, the hotel went above and beyond and gave us our own secluded rooms away from the previous rooms. This is exceptional client service and would definitely return. Food was delicious, a real escape from the Riviera Mayan resort feel.

Amazing little affordable quiet place. All you need is there. It makes you want to stay there forever. The place is not that easy to reach by public transportation, renting a car is best but there are taxis near by in case needed. It feels like a bed and breakfast kind of place. You have everything you need in your room and the common areas. Restaurants, a little grocery store and a little cenote are walking distance. It was just amazing.

This place was lovely. The rooms with hot tub were crazy. They are careful with the environnement. And on top, the staff was super nice during our stay.

First and foremost - excellent service throughout the experience. Not only delivering what is required but also extremely warm, friendly and attentive group of people. They reach out before arrival to offer airport pick up and ensure amooth check in. Available on whatsapp at any time for any questions or additional requests. Nice and simple à la carte breakfast on a terrace. Good housekeeping that you never even seen but your room is magically clean all the time. Good food and drinks on the beach that keep coming with waiters being very proactive. Location is perfect for both partying and exploring the area. Pharmacy, supermarket, clothes, taxi, beach clubs, night clubs, restaurants - everything is walking distance. Beautiful private beach with comfortable sunbeds and nice palm trees. We had a nice and spacious room with direct sea view and amazing massive terrace with hammock and rocking chairs. Rain shower with good pressure and properly hot water. Great shampoo and shower gel. Strong A/C. Wi-Fi router in every area and individual room. Some complimentary drinks in mini bar Offered a complimentary champagne bottle for new years!

Exceeded expectations. Cocktails for the parents, milk for the kids ✌️

Our "Jungle room" was superb - extremely large with a big outside area with seating and hammocks. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the room. I also really appreciated the large water container provided - allowing us to refill water bottles rather than buying more. The restaurant is also located on a section of beach with one of the best views along this stretch. It is a great place to sit with a drink and enjoy the breeze and views.

Breakfast at frescos was the best. Organic fresh and never disappointing. The staff is incredible. Axel , Felipe, rose. All amazing
