Me and my husband had a beautiful stay here! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the setting is breathtaking. Our spacious room was ideal for a romantic escape, with plenty of charming restaurants just a short stroll away.

Everything was perfect for us, but the location of this house is superb, you can sit on the lovely terrace, go over for a swim and come back to dry., there are restaurants and cafes within a few feet from the gate. The house is lovely, very comfortable and even better than the photos. everything you need, The host, Renata was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Boutique Perast, and I cannot say enough about the incredible hospitality provided by Boran and Adrijana. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home with their warm smiles and welcoming demeanor. Boran was always ready to assist us with any questions we had about the hotel and local attractions. His knowledge and recommendations significantly enhanced our experience. Adrijana, on the other hand, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing dining suggestions, or simply checking in to see how we were doing, her attentiveness was truly remarkable. The teamwork and genuine care they displayed made our stay even more enjoyable. Villa Chantal in Montenegro is pure perfection! The villa’s modern design, spotless interiors, and private pool offered luxury at every turn. Waking up to panoramic sea views from the terrace was magical, and sunsets here are unreal. The host was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and full of local tips ( seafood spots and Kotor’s charm are musts!). The location strikes a perfect balance: secluded for peace yet close to beaches and attractions. Ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a serene escape. Absolutely beautiful experience! Nice spacious apartment in an authentic stone house, very clean, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need including some basics for cooking like spices, also tea and coffee. I really appreciated the super comfy bed after walking all day, with a crisp silence I slept like a baby (which doesn’t happen often to me), and what a magical time I had stepping out of the apartment right to the small beach early in the morning when the sun was still rising and the sea was mirroring the surrounding mountains. I needed some peaceful time and this place was ideal for recharging. The location is away from the busier sites of Kotor yet still within a walkable distance from the old town and the bus station and the whole walk is right by the sea so it‘s pleasant anyway. Thank you, Milena and Pedja, for being such great hosts and sharing your space!

Everything was great, and I’m very satisfied. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were kind, and the room was cleaned every day. The restaurant food was delicious, towels were replaced daily, and the terrace was lovely. The bed was also very comfortable.
