We spent our first day/night in Sri Lanka here, and we liked it very much, we might have wanted to stay longer. We got an upgrade to a very beautiful room with a big bathroom including a small private pool which was perfect to cool down after the long journey. The bed was also great, very big and comfortable, it was perfectly silent at night and we slept very well! The food was delicious! In addition, the staff was very helpful with my Gluten-intolerance and I did not have any problems! In addition, they helped us out when our driver did neither show up nor pick up the phone for more than an hour, and thanks to the very helpful staff we found a new one. Thank you for everything :)

Very nice and clean room! Frendly staff, really nice dinner at night, good prices!! A lot of fruit before a nice breakfast, when we should leave one of the staff cleaned our tuktuk!! This is a quiet, calm and relaxing place❤️

The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

Everything about this place is outrageously exceptional. The staff are INCREDIBLE. The food is AMAZING. The location is PERFECT. We honestly had the best time staying here mostly realxing in and beside the pool, lazing on the beach, frolicking in the waves and watching gorgeous sunsets. The staff under Rizwan's amazing management ensured that we always had what we needed and were always around just when we needed something. Honestly it was like a home away from home and we will DEFINITELY be returning.

After a tiring journey, we reached the Larns Villa hotel, where we were warmly welcomed by the very nice and friendly family of the owners. Initially, we planned to stay for 5 days. The hosts of the hotel surrounded us with such warmth and help (they helped us rent a scooter, point out interesting places), we practically had everything. Breakfast was included in the booting package, but we decided to eat in the hotel and we did not regret it because the lady served delicious lunches and dinners that met our expectations and flavors. We occasionally ate outside the hotel. Due to the comfort provided by the owners, we decided to extend our stay for another 7 days. Nice and well-kept garden, nice and friendly helpful owners, location 50 meters from the sea, really clean facility, clean swimming pool as well as very clean and tasty cuisine, comfortable and functional rooms. What more do you need? I recommend it with a clear conscience and you will not be disappointed. Greetings to the owners and we wish them all the best. I will definitely come back.

We had the most amazing stay here! The best so far in Sri Lanka. For the price you get the most heartwarming staff that will help with everything. The food is good, the rooms are nice and clean. The area is so pretty and right at the beach with nice waves and no people. Tony, one of the staffmembers was super sweet, very helpful, and made sure we had an amazing stay. Very good place to stay minimum of 3 to 4 day's. I was on buissnes tour and only stayed one day. There was a tourist gentleman from Russia staying there continuously over 100 days at that time. Staff are vary friendly and very helpful with 24 x 7 servicel. Hotel is small and very quite place protected with CCTV. Super fast Wi-Fi with fibre 100 mbs connection avalable 24 x 7. Excellent long Sea beach is 50 meters away. Hotel is surrounded by Over one hundred trees and plants un common for beach area. On site ayurwedic spa avalable with massages. Free Cable tv avalable at common lounge. Free usage of western style kitchen avalable for guest use. In room fridge is avalable for 1 usd per day. Wadduwa Town with top level markets, all banks, train station, bus stand, are walking distance in less than 500 metres. So meny tourist attractions withing 30 km including colombo city. Government road leads to hotel is between vilage house's. Suite style rooms are suitable for family's up to 4. I am definitely planning to come back. Cheers
