We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sielen Diva and it was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel’s stunning architecture and elegant design. The culinary experience was exceptional—undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had. The chef’s creations were a masterpiece of flavors, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients that elevated every meal. Whether it was breakfast by the beach or a gourmet dinner under the stars, every bite was unforgettable. The hotel was impeccably clean, with beautifully maintained rooms and pristine public spaces. The beach was another highlight— huge waves and beautiful turtles. Above all, the staff made this experience truly outstanding. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that every moment was by special. I stayed for 5 days in february.The location was perfect, directly on the beach. One night we saw a big turtle comming up on the beach ! My room was clean and well maintained, had AC, MOSQUITO NET, hot water shower and wiifii that actually WORKED.. The staff was very nice, friendly and efficient. The restaurant had local food on the menu as well as european. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options!! Everything I ordered was very good and well presented. Breakfast was delicious. Sri lankan bread, jam and jelly and a choice of eggs, french toast , curd, pancakes, roti and dhal, coffer or tea and a fruit plate. The hotel also had a pizza oven, a sweets corner and served cocktails. They also provided a laundry service. I highly recommend this hotel and I would love to stay there my next trip. The hotel also arranged a car to drive me to the airport and gave me a packed breakfast.

Perfect location just 1 min walk from the beach (across the road). Room is clean and cozy. Bed is comfortable. Owner is very caring and helpful. Delicious breakfast is provided in a next door restaurant, which opens at 8:30-09:00, please take this in consideration when you book with breakfast. Nearby there are a lot of restaurants, what is definitely good. On the other hand, you have to be prepared it might be noisy in the late evening.

Adjacent to Unawatuna Beach, Sergent House is set in a boutique villa showcasing colonial architecture and originating in the 1800's.

It was a wonderful stay at Nice Days. The room was cozy, and the breakfast was really excellent. The staff were also very hospitable. What I loved the most was the hotel’s location—right in front of Unawatuna Beach. I really love beaches, which is why I chose to book with Nice Days, and it was absolutely worth it.I would definitely choose Nice Days again.

This hotel is clean, spacious and has an amazing view of the ocean. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was delicious and is served in the restaurant on the beach in front of the hotel. On the day of checkout, the restaurant was closed as it was a holiday. Breakfast was served to me on my balcony which was a nice touch as I could leisurely finalize my packing and eat breakfast with the view of the beach. The beach is literally across a small street. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach towels are all provided. The room is cleaned daily. Besides the restaurant in front of the hotel, there are lots of other restaurants along the street serving a variety of cuisines.
