The location is beautiful and has an amazing rooftop with sea view. Just next to the beach which is awesome! But the best thing is the owner!!! He is so lovely and helped us with everything. Highly recommend !!!

It’s like homecoming. Cozy, clean, friendly, quiet - you name it. Probably best beach (Paradise Cove) nearby. Lot of friendly locals + great food options in walking distance. You can also have great home made dinner in the property. If you like all above then it’s a strong go.

Very good placw to stay.Really cloce by the all sites I have been planning to visit.Host is very helpful and informative.Placeis very clean and ACs working really good ad have good water pressure in all showers and toilet.They have surf board rack outside and do not need to worry about it and feel safe. They have kitchen facility in first floor and WiFI is fast.I visit here for only one day and now I'm planning to extend my stay another week. Love from Latvija ❤

Dilip and His wife are really lovely and caring Hosts. I Just booked one night and stayed 4 at the end before I left midigama. They prepare an awesome Dinner If you kindly ask Them. Midigama beach is in Walking distance, maybe 10 Minutes. I felt very Welcome there and would Go Back for sure. Enjoy These heartwarming people☺️

The owner, Thari, is the most warm-hearted and supportive host you can imagine. We arrived at 5:30am, he opened up the gate and brought us to our room. He organized scooters for us. I lost the helmet, Thari just gave me another one without charging for the loss. The hotel itself is located right in front of 2 very good and consistent surf breaks (plantations and coconuts). You can perfectly observe both breaks from the terrace. I couldn’t imagine any better accommodation in Midigama (…even for less than 20€ per night)

Morena Hotel was incredible. Where else in the world can you walk out onto the sand & catch a wave for this price $ per night. It was so relaxing & I think the property became more beautiful with each passing hour. The rooftop bar was magic, the all-vegan menu was delicious & bar staff very friendly. The pool was gorgeous & we spent out days lounging on the sun-chairs, swimming, reading, sleeping. After staying in several different hotels in Sri Lanka, Morena is the best! I'm going to remember this place forever.
