We loved our stay here. It’s right in front of the beautiful Indian Ocean. What can you ask more? Roshan and his team added a special touch to our stay with their kindness and attention to details. They surprised us with a special dinner under the stars. This memory will stay with us forever. The room was super clean and the food was amazing.

Everything ! The place is amazing. It is blended in the nature, the Savannah on one side and Indian Ocean on another. You can feel connected to the nature around you in a really respectful way. As everyone will tell you there : “animals were here first. we are the guests on their land”. Of course, the rooms are beautiful. You will enjoy spending time discovering every little detail of it. What we enjoyed the most was the food and the service The food was amazingly good and it was the best we had in our all trip in Sri Lanka. The Chef has much creativity and has nothing to envy to Michelin restaurants. Also every team member was very kind and thoughtful. The manager offered us a beach dinner on our first evening to celebrate our engagement and we had a surprise cake at the end to celebrate. But all the team members are very kind, efficient, flexible, and they genuinely caring about people. And at the end, that is the thing that matters. Finally but nonetheless, the safari experience was really amazing thanks to our ranger Darshana. It is a life changing experience to enter in this environment where you don’t belong. But what we will also remember is the passion of Darshana for the animals. He is so respectful of the nature around him and so knowledgeable. He is the one who made our experience unforgettable. Thank you to all the staff of Wild tented coast lodge. We hope to visit you again !

Our experience was absolutely excellent in every aspect! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, the meals were delicious, and the kindness and service of the staff were outstanding. Our ranger for the safaris was knowledgeable and made our excursions unforgettable. The security on site ensured we felt safe at all times. The manager was attentive and accommodating. In summary, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

The property is a lot bigger than I realised, (the actually grounds themself). The gardens and design is very beautiful and the beach is one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches I’ve ever seen! We stayed in the private villa and it was as described, it is a standard villa but clean and comfortable for our one night stay before the yala safari. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful too. We had lunch, breakfast and dinner here across the two days and it was very good! Just be aware if you stay here there isn’t anything close within walking distance, but we knew this and it was fine as we were only staying the night, but I’m sure getting transport would be no problem! Thanks for a great stay!

The staff is incredibly hospitable. The room was amazing, and the pool and pool bar were very nice. The staff told us an elephant passed in front of our room by the pool at dusk but we just missed it
