The place is really clean, newly renovated, the rooms are spacious, the bed and mattress are comfortable, the air conditioning works. Very kind and helpful staff. I recommend it. I liked everything. A quiet place near the beach.

We stayed in the front house and it was very clean, really spacious and with a functioning, quiet air-conditioning. Location is calm and close to Kalkudah beach and Passikudah. The staff were so lovely and even though they didn't speak great English they went above and beyond to make sure we were well. So friendly and attentive. They now also offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea/ coffee to a very reasonable price. Overall, amazing value for money!

We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. We were the only guests because it is off season right now. The owners are absolutely lovely, we had a great dinner and A very tasty breakfast! They are very animal friendly (which we loved). The little cabin stands beside coconuttrees, you can hear the ocean and it has a very nice Terrasse to sit in and enjoy a cup of tea. The Beach is very nice, Although it was stormy and Not very clean (off season) but we were the only ones and it was very very nice! We can really recommend to stay at cocoville

We had a great time here and we even extended our stay for one night. The hotel is amazing, has a very good location, with direct access to a beautiful and quiet beach! The staff are very nice and always available to help with anything you might need, the garden was very well preserved, there were sun beds near the sea for use of hotel guests and the pool was also quite enjoyable. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options to choose from. The hotel was very quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your days in the paradise that is Pasikuda beach!
