This hotel is, with no doubt, the best hotel in Hikkaduwa (and probably in Sri Lanka) The location is perfect, the rooms are amazing (well organised, incredible views, all the amenities you can need, soft towels, good coffee and tea…), the breakfast is the best one we have had in Sri Lanka (awesome!!!), the pool is fantastic and the staff is the best that the hotel keeps…thanks to Franzi for all the recommendations, attentions and care ❤️). We really didn’t want to come back home 🥹. The relation quality-price can’t be better and I do not understand yet why the hotel just keeps 5 stars! Should be at least 6! Really, the best place in Sri Lanka for relaxing, surfing or enjoying the sun. We will be back as soon as we can Thanks!!!

Beautiful and super clean and tidy resort. It was so peaceful and relaxing and a nice stroll into town along the beach. Easy enough to get a tuktuk on Uber or Pick Me if you're not up for the walk. Great place. I look forward to coming back. I don't think the photos do it justice!

The location is very good, right at the beach. It was surprisingly quiet here and you can sleep well at night. The room was very big with a nice place to sit outside. I like the family and the staff here, they are very warm-hearted and helpful. It's very safe and comfy for solo travellers. I would stay here again.

We loved absolutely everything. If you are looking for calm, private, relaxing holiday to take time off from everyday life then Villa 46 is place to do it. First days we were in the villa just the two of us. Amazing! Loooved the food.Thank you Chef Dhammika! Thank you Herl and thank you to our friend who made some awesome towel decorations. We also loved the beach in front of the hotel and what surprised us was that there were no people on OUR beach :))) We really did not want to leave.

Great location on the beach & the pool is an added bonus. Sri Lankan breakfast is delicious & a great portion size to start your day. Western option is available too with a great selection of German breads. The staff really make this hotel, Bobby & team were fantastic & let’s not forget Bobbys dog! Fridge in room & additional beach towels were a welcome addition. Refreshing welcome drink on arrival. Short walk by road or beach to the local restaurants etc. We will stay here again!

Excellent location, right on the beach, short walk to the sand bottom beach and main surfing breaks. Room was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Very convenient restaurant always available with a good range of food and drinks.

Offers good services. The quality-price ratio is fair. We had good conditions, the room was clean and the stuff was friendly. Buddhika’s warmth added charm. The restaurant offered tasty food. The pool and private beach are cleaned every morning. The resort’s location is excellent, right on the beach and in the center of Hikkaduwa. Nearby there are: Turtle beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATMs, restaurants, bars, tour desk, etc.

The staff was great and very friendly! Our room was right on the beach and it was a great experience. We would wake up to the sound of the ocean and felt the fresh sea air every morning. The BBQ we had was also good and there were many good options on the menu for food. It was a short walk down the beach to many other restaurants and bars.
