Wonderful, tastefully decorated hotel. Lots of attention to detail. Cozy, quiet and clean. The hotel is in a busy area, but it doesn't feel it inside at all. The room we stayed in has the option of sliding the glass windows and forming a common space with a terrace. All you have in front of you is the ocean. Arriving from the airport is really easy - almost the entire way is on a toll highway. The hotel staff is extremely pleasant and kindly. I'm not even talking about Francesca. She's amazing!!! Thank you for the early check in and late check out. I haven't had a tastier breakfast in those regions. Even the espresso was good, which is rare in Sri Lanka or I haven't been in right places. Be sure to try the massage. Something unique.

The hotel is located right on the beach, not far from Galle, and from the rooms you can have a panoramic view of the vast beach in Hikkaduwa. The rooms are spacious and equipped with smart home appliances, a kitchen, an oven, tableware, and all the necessary facilities. The food served at the hotel is particularly outstanding and delicious! It was the best meal I've ever had in Sri Lanka! The hotel staff are very friendly! We had a great time in Hikkaduwa!

Great location, nice staff, great food in Why not cafe, large and clean rooms makes the place perfect to stay in. Although the hotel is integrated into the central and most loudly part of Hikkaduwa, it’s quiet inside the room. Ajith is always around and ready to help or just for a small talk. This was my second time in Mountain Wave and I’m in love with the place and people.

Probably one of our best stay in 3 weeks of Sri Lanka. The hotel is perfect. Sunil and his team are very helpful and do every desire you could have. I wanted a special dessert and they even surprised me buying it especially for us. Food was exceptional..we ate several times there. The room we had was amazing. We loved every single moment. The family who owns the place is super helpful and nice :) the rooms were just like in the pictures and location is perfect since it’s very nearby the beach but it wasn’t noisy at all.
