Once you arrive, you never want to leave! The space is incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Located right next to the beach, both the main bedroom and the living room offer stunning ocean views, and each opens onto its own balcony. The modern-chic interior design perfectly complements the seaside panorama. Although the building isn’t in a bustling area, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores just around the corner. It feels wonderfully private without being isolated. Delivery services like PickMe and Uber Eats work seamlessly (We’ve linked our Wise card to directly shop in LKR with a better rate), and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. The rooftop’s generous infinity pool is my personal retreat. I could spend hours gazing out at the sea. From up there, you can even glimpse the Port City skyline, including the Lotus Tower. The gym is well-appointed, and the rooftop dining area is ideal for meals or evening drinks. Our host, Sandaru, was an absolute delight. We needed to adjust our booking and check‑out times multiple times, and he handled every request with patience and responsiveness. Truly an amazing host. The building’s 24/7 security team is friendly and professional, and the maintenance crew does a fantastic job keeping the entire property clean, including the beach - spotless! We had absolutely no complaints. This place surpasses any hotel in terms of privacy, value, and flexibility. It provided everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we totally totally recommend it 🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️

I received a very warm welcome. Staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble they assisted me to have a Dr's consultation and full body massage which was excellent. I swam in the lovely, clean pool, watched the sea and had a fantastic yoga session. The food was excellent and of a very high standard 5 star service. I was able to book a taxi and go shopping and was dropped at the airport. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation and would book it again.

Nice large room, quiet AC, separate entrance, good wifi, kettle, hot drinks... And a wonderful host, Mr 'Mac' . always friendly and helpful, prepared fresh fish every night, provided good breakfast, was responsive to any requests, arranged a boat tour (Wildlife in the mangroves, best in the morning).

We liked everything in this stay. The host was friendly and helpful. The room was large enough. The size and of bed was good. They supplied enough consumables including bottled water, tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious and the quantity was more than sufficient. We ordered for dinner, which was also very good. We felt like staying at home. Very comfortable. This was the best accommodation that we had stayed in the entire trip of Sri Lanka. A beach is there at a walking distance. People swim in the evenings. Far from Colombo, but the price we paid was much cheaper which compensated the distance. Well connected by bus, uber and pick me. We would like to come again!

We loved our stay here with our two children (0 and 2 years old). The host is most friendly en very very helpfull, the house is very spacious, the kids loved the swimmingpool (clean, the staff was cleaning it multiple times a day to get rid of all the leaves etcetera that have fallen in during the day)! Big plus was the shallow kids area in the pool! Breakfast was good and the host can arrange delivered food if you want to eat dinner and don’t feel like cooking. The accommodation is new to booking.com, but already has multiple good reviews on google.
