It was much better than we expected. The place was well taken care of. There was nothing to complain about. The owner was very kind. He even gave us a car and took us to our next stop. It was a great pleasure to stay here. It was very satisfying and safe. We recommend it.

We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. Juda was very welcoming, showed us all there is to do around the area, breakfast was delicious, omelette with fresh fruit juice, toast and tea. The villa is just a short walk to the beach, you can rent bikes from there to see the town. Beds were good and toilet clean and tidy.

Neem Forest GH is somewhat outside the city but only a short tuktuk ride away. As a result it is a beautifully peaceful and extremely quiet location. Dawn chorus of birds was amazing. The host was extremely helpful and ready to talk about all matter of subjects. The Sri Lanken breakfast was always too much and the host made sure it was always different. Nearby is the many kilometer long sand beach (no other tourists) where you watch the fishermen pull in their nets of caught fish. Meem Forest is highly recommended.

Location is really close to the beach, which offers insights to local fishing in the morning. The distance to town is walkable, but otherwise the host helps with a tuktuk ride. The accomodation lays in an authentic living area. I had a really good time there, the host was very friendly and there to help anytime.

Stunning place - a true spot in paradise. Enormous pool with nice lounge music located right next to the bar and lounge area. Spectacular views of beach and sea. Great villas/tenthouses. We had our own spot on the beach with amazing views of beach and sea. Very spacious rooms, we stayed 2 adults and 2 children (5 and 7) in a palam suite, with an extra bed for one child and a sofa bed for the other. Plenty of space for us. Great food - but everything is pricey compared to other places in Sri Lanka, however, also luxurious. Breakfast was generous and very good. Good activities also, we did the cinema under the stars and the children loved it. The place itself is beautiful, the beach is beautiful, the sea is calm and clear waters. You could see the local fishermen at the beach in mornings and afternoons.

The location was great only a five minute drive to pasikuda beach. Kalkuda beach is right outside the gate.specially have to mention Hamiz as he went above and beyond right from the moment we arrived . Hamiz is the kind of guy that makes a normal trip a great one.
