A very nice place to stay. A very beautiful place to stay. It is very clean. The bathroom is very clean. The bathroom is very clean as is the bedroom. We stayed for one night. The staff was very kind and friendly. We had dinner and lunch there. We had the most delicious food in Sri Lanka. I was very happy. We wanted to stay for two more days but we didn't have a reservation for two days so we had to leave the next day. We highly recommend this place. The beach is just in front of you. You can walk to the beach. There are tall trees. The place is quiet and peaceful. This place is a good place to relax.

We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. One of the most friendly people we have ever met. The place Coastal Villa in Kallady, Batticaloa turned out to be one of the most beautiful places we've been in Sri Lanka. Very calm and outstanding clean. Not only the room and the atmosphere but especially the householder Jutha and his family were taking the best care of everything I needed. For us it was a real pleasure to stay there on our Journey. If you have the chance to stay there, just do it, nobody would regret. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing and huge by the way. Amazing accommodation 🤩. The room was clean and the bathroom too. My room had a garden too. There is the possibility to do laundry and rent a bicycle. The owner was the best. Always a smile on his face and he made me feel at home. He helped me too when I was recovered in the hospital and he came visit me to see if I was OK and brought me a blanket and food. Thank you so much! 😊

Amazing beach, excellent food and spacious villas. Everything is made with great taste! For privacy I would recommend garden suites and for amazing beach view - beachfront suites. GM Umberto does a lot to add some extras to already awesome property, he is attentive to all your needs and comments.

A secluded and relaxing place. Villa is was very spacious and well appointed. Joseph the host was very accommodating. The accommodation is right on the beach. Watch the fishermen haul in the nets in the morning. Meals were very good although not cheap. A little bit out of the way but if you want total relaxation, seclusion and a peaceful stay at a very reasonable price for the area this is highly recommended. The touches of candle lit on the terrace at night, flower pond at the entrance of the villa, nice eating area all add to the atmosphere.
