IrelandOh my, so far I haven't seen such a top level of service in any other hotel in Japan, brilliant communication, super helpful and extremely polite staff. I took King Premium Executive room specifically to enjoy the Rainbow bridge view and I wasn't disappointed. The view is absolutely stunning, better than I expected. The room is huge and quite stylish, clean, pleasant colors of interior. We get a late check out for free and also staff kindly welcomed our request to keep our luggage for a few hours while we had a walk in the area. It's good that there is a taxi always waiting near the enterance so we don't have a mess with booking a car or waste time waiting.
