The food perfect. We like the food in the hotel. The onsen is amazing,100% recommend to go to the onsen when you stay in this hotel.

The food was absolutely incredible. Dinner and breakfast were served in our room and it was amazing, traditional Japanese food. Miho, who was assigned to our room, was kind and spoke English much better than I expected (they had warned us not much of their staff spoke at all, so I was expecting a more difficult time communicating). The private onsen was amazing and so soothing. There were a lot of booklets and things in English to help explain how to use the public onsen and the rules and ettiquette, which was very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and accomodating. I can't recommend this place enough. It's gorgeous.
