The property was in a great location even though they were quite a few stairs to get to the top floor it was literally one minute walk to the lake a five minute walk to the train station, and a easy walk around the lake and the beautiful town.

Wow, what a view! You could even feed the fish and ducks from the balcony. This is why we chose this place. A nice kitchen for basic cooking. A quiet area just north of the main part of town.

The property is very historic yet superbly renovated to make your stay a very comfortable and clean experience. The host Sylvia was lovely and shared her local knowledge helping us plan our time in the region. The family run restaurant there is wonderful and we had the best meal of our trip so far. It was a lovely outdoor setting. Breakfast was extensive & superb plus Sylvia can make a wonderful coffee. This was a unique Lake Como experience away from the crowds.

A practical and comfortable room with a great view on the waterfall and side view to the lake. Parking in the courtyard, very practical when traveling with a rental. The balcony is lovely in summer. We used the chairs provided to watch the sunset from the small beach across the road from the hotel.

This hotel provided us with a perfect stay next to the lake, they were kind enough to upgrade our room upon arrival as we had our 9 month old baby with us, the grounds of the hotel are really beautiful and scenic, the staff were all wonderful and because of the limited number of rooms it felt very private. we were interested in doing some hiking in nature and managed to find a couple of lovely paths not far from the hotel, would happily recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the area.
