Top class location in an old Palazzo. Close to train and bus stations and all the sights of the city. Very safe area with plenty of cafes, restaurants etc. Massimo was a great host from start to finish if our time in Palermo. No problem leaving luggage till train time. Would always stay with him. So much to see in Palermo makes it a 3 or 4 day visit at least

The accommodation was very clean, equipped with absolutely everything you need for a few days. There is free parking nearby. The bus stop to the historical city center or to Mondello is a few streets away (about 5 min walk). The beach, not being in the tourist area, is used mainly by locals and not very well maintained. I recommend it to those who want to spend a few days near the beach, with a beautiful view, but, at the same time, in a typical neighborhood, to feel the authentic vibe. Very good quality-price ratio.

beach was in front of us and neighbours were really friendly Italians which was great to get to know local native people and culture better. Even though finding a slot to park our car was difficult, the owner helped us to find one and we were grateful.
