Wonderful team, amazing spirit in the house! The all staff is very friendly, with smiling faces and professional. We had a super positive vibe during our stay. Thanks again for good memories and hope to come again! The building was recently renewed, so in a good condition, the room and bathroom is very spacious and clean. Location is central, very nice area of Napoli, just on the metro/tram line but still peaceful. The hotel is on a street with a great sea view. Breakfast is top and you can leave your luggage if necessary.

Martina was very patient in guiding me on how to check in, and she thoughtfully turned on the air conditioner in advance, which made me, who was very hot and stuffy just after arriving, feel very happy. At the same time, she recommended delicious restaurants for us tourists, categorizing them into different types, all of which were excellent. I can only describe the room as perfect—everything was absolutely perfect. I love this high-ceilinged room, especially the small balcony facing the street, which allowed me to enjoy the evening in Naples. Martina was always responsive to my needs; she replied promptly whenever I sent a message, which is really rare. Moreover, there were no unpleasant incidents during our stay. The room was clean and tidy, with a refrigerator and Netflix—it was simply fantastic.

We loved the cleanliness of our beautiful high ceiling room. It had a big bathtub with jets and the entire bathroom and bedroom were very spacious. We slept amazing but if you are sensitive to some noise you might want to bring earplugs because the room/window is facing the street. The breakfast was so-so.

I would highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect, with supermarkets nearby, healthy food options, and great restaurants all within easy reach, and it’s also within walking distance of Naples city centre. The room and suite were absolutely stunning spotlessly clean, beautifully prepared, and finished to a true five-star standard. Everything was thoughtfully set up, with fresh towels provided and the accommodation feeling both luxurious and welcoming. Giovanni, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful. He provided a curated list of places to visit and things to do, which really enhanced our stay. The area itself is clean, vibrant, and full of places to explore. I absolutely loved my stay and would 100% recommend MH Suites Plebiscito for a luxury, comfortable experience in Naples. Also looks exactly like the images provided on booking.cm
