The room was gorgeous, very clean and smells nice. Hand soap smelled amazing! The people were ao nice and even offered us a ride to the bus station. The breakfast was great! Never had better breakfast at an accommodation before. Balcony had pretty flowers and the lake view was great!

The host is really kind. They even offered to pick us up at the bus station and carry our luggages. The room is so clean and tidy. I love how she arranges the room. She also explained how to get around the area and some recommendations. If you walk down a bit from the house in front of the lake, you can see a really good view of the lake. Very recommended!

A truly lovely stay. I especially enjoyed the small stream behind the house – the sound of flowing water added a special charm and peaceful atmosphere. The location was great, near lake Como and several great local cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean, with a good shower and comfortable bed. We would recommend. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. Wow, what a view! You could even feed the fish and ducks from the balcony. This is why we chose this place. A nice kitchen for basic cooking. A quiet area just north of the main part of town.

It was firstly very beautiful and in a great location. Everything we needed was available and in the apartment. It was very clean and the host service was excellent and always contactable. Giada even picked us up from the station ! The grounds and property itself were very well kept and just so aesthetically pleasing. Views from our apartment were magnificent ! It made our whole trip to Lake Como that much more pleasant and memorable.
