The sunset line is really the best location ever in 5 terre. Perfect for Riomaggiore (just beside the castle), perfect for starting your trip of all the cinque terre and perfect to watch every night the magnificent sunset hiding behind via dell’amore. This feels like a hidden gem in paradise. We booked this property for the beautiful terrace which is the star of the show, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or wine in the evenings. We were pleasantly surprised how great the rest of the property was too, it has pretty decor and is so clean and tidy, the pictures don’t do it justice. It has two bathrooms, a bedroom and a pull out sofa bed - so ideal if you are friends and want a room each. The property is well equipped with kitchen equipment if you want to self cater and the bathrooms had full size toiletries too. It’s within steps of the train station and a short walk to the main part of town and harbour. Our host was so helpful and friendly, and on hand via WhatsApp if we needed help with anything. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
