We really enjoyed the area around the property, very-very chill and quiet, but lively. Apartment itself has almost everything you need, beds were clean and soft. The view is perfect and neighbors are sweet. All stores, restaurants and other facilities are within 5 min walk, easy!

Everything is great! It is located next to the beach, shops, pharmacy, restaurants etc. are walking distance. Apartment is clean and nice, and has amazing terrace. The host was very nice and helpful too!

The hotel, facilities and staff were all excellent. The location is great - right next to the beach if that is your thing and about 40 minutes to the heart of ancient Rome on the train (Trains about every 20 minutes and €1.50 for journeys of 100 minutes or less). It was great to be able to escape the heat and bustle of central Rome and head back to the seaside at the end of each day. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in Ostia, especially if you like fish! All those we used were very good.

An absolutely fine accommodation located right on the beach. It would definitely need a big renovation, as everything seems very old and worn, but rooms are clean and comfy, perfect for a short stay. Breakfast is included and better than what you would expect - pastries are fresh and tasty, drinks are the cheap sugarloaded postmix, but overall absolutely fine. Staff speaks English on an acceptable level and also kind.

We had a seaview with an excellent balcony. The hotel location is fabulous, on the seafront and about 200m walk to the public access beach. The balcony was very big and gave tremendous views of the spectacular sunsets.
