Very cozy apartment near the cruise port and train station. After a sea cruise, we decided to stay in Civitavecchia for couple days. A wonderful apartment near the port (20 minutes slowly walk with luggage, but transport is an option too). It's right across from the station (no train noise at all, and a sea view from the window). Toni, the host, was very helpful and always available in what’s app. We asked for early check-in due to the cruise early arrival, and they accommodated us promptly. This place is on the 1st floor and has three separate apartments, each with its own bathroom, a refrigerator, and snacks (a croissant, muffin, toast, and candy). The refrigerator was stocked with water, juice, and milk. Smart TV is available. There's a common area with a kettle and coffee machine (tea bags and coffee capsules are provided). Literally a stone's throw away is a beautiful promenade with cafes and restaurants (the seafood is delicious). There's a beach with rocky entry, but you can still swim in October - the sea is warm. The apartment is very clean and charming! Thanks, Toni!

Francisco was friendly, organized, helfull and considerate. The only thing I would like to point out is that we were directed to the cruise ship the long way. In fact the Museum guest house is located a walk away from the cruise ship shuttle just on the other side of the little castle by the port. Which could be a great selling point.

First and foremost, Simone and Marina are so lovely - they welcomed us and helped us as we started our stay, gave most wonderful recommendation for restaurants, and provided an really amazing breakfast to kick off our days. The rooms are spacious, light filled and coftable - all the amenities are great. Top notch place to stay with a spectacularly beautiful view of the sea.

Host met us even though we were later then planned. Apartment was clean comfortable and in a great location for cruisers. Our host met us next morning ,helped us with our luggage and drove right to the ship for a small fee. Would gladly stay there again. He also recommend a lovely restaurant the night we arrived.

This was one of the best vacation rentals that we've ever stayed in. Location could not have been better, with all the local attractions and the cruise port within easy walking distance, as well as plenty of restaurants literally outside your door. The apartment was spotless, renovated to modern standards and decorated with great attention to detail. Our host, Emanuela, was very nice, she met us on time to hand over the keys and even offered to help us carry our luggage up the stairs (3rd floor no elevator). We declined, as we don't have any mobility issues, but it was an incredibly nice gesture on her part. She provided us with restaurant recommendations and a number of other helpful suggestions regarding transportation and local landmarks. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to our friends and family, and would stay again if we ever went back to Civitavecchia.

Great location on the other side of town from the port; very quiet; good restaurants nearby on the seafront; lovely big, bright room with a sea view; being able to use the Jacuzzi (extra 5 euros); nice garden to watch the sunset.
