Very cozy apartment near the cruise port and train station. After a sea cruise, we decided to stay in Civitavecchia for couple days. A wonderful apartment near the port (20 minutes slowly walk with luggage, but transport is an option too). It's right across from the station (no train noise at all, and a sea view from the window). Toni, the host, was very helpful and always available in what’s app. We asked for early check-in due to the cruise early arrival, and they accommodated us promptly. This place is on the 1st floor and has three separate apartments, each with its own bathroom, a refrigerator, and snacks (a croissant, muffin, toast, and candy). The refrigerator was stocked with water, juice, and milk. Smart TV is available. There's a common area with a kettle and coffee machine (tea bags and coffee capsules are provided). Literally a stone's throw away is a beautiful promenade with cafes and restaurants (the seafood is delicious). There's a beach with rocky entry, but you can still swim in October - the sea is warm. The property was very well located. It is modern , clean and great facilities The owner, Matteo was always available to answer any questions and we even met him unexpectedly. Lovely young gentleman! He left us water, tea, coffee and croissants for breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the sea view out of the front is just stunning. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and great for anyone picking up a cruise. Matteo even sorted out transport to the ship the next day for us. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in this port town We would definitely come back.

The accommodation was what was advertised and expected, the double glazed windows made the room ultra quiet and it was in the centre of town so everything you need was right there

Excellent location (5 min walk from the train station) and an amazing view of the ocean. Lovely staff members (specially Mattia). Very clean and spacious room (our room even had a washing machine which was a pleasant surprise!). Very good breakfast. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Civitavecchia!

We stayed for one night after a cruise and were able to walk to the B&B. We were made to feel very welcome. Loris carried our luggage upstairs. He then printed off the train timetable for us to visit Tarquinia. Lovely view from the balcony of our room, very comfortable bed with lots of storage in the room. We really enjoyed the atmosphere at breakfast the next morning around the communal table, very good food too. Loris had booked a taxi to take us to the airport. Ambra took us to meet the taxi and everything went very smoothly. We wished that we had booked more than one nights stay, location was excellent.

The breakfast was wonderful, as was the garden. It was exceptionally clean, and communication with Giulia was excellent. All in all a great place to stay, very relaxed yet it had all the amenities and was in a perfect location.

The location is fantastic, everything you need a short walk away. The apartment was modern, very comfortable beds and exceptionally clean! The kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine and the wonderful hosts stocked coffee, tea and condiments. Emmanuel, our host, was delightful and so helpful. There is an elevator which helps with luggage up to the apartment. Amazing views over the port. Highly recommend this apartment!

We stayed for one night before our cruise and absolutely loved it! The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the hosts were so kind and attentive – they really took care of everything. If I ever go on another cruise, I’d be more than happy to come back and stay here again.
