Very cozy apartment near the cruise port and train station. After a sea cruise, we decided to stay in Civitavecchia for couple days. A wonderful apartment near the port (20 minutes slowly walk with luggage, but transport is an option too). It's right across from the station (no train noise at all, and a sea view from the window). Toni, the host, was very helpful and always available in what’s app. We asked for early check-in due to the cruise early arrival, and they accommodated us promptly. This place is on the 1st floor and has three separate apartments, each with its own bathroom, a refrigerator, and snacks (a croissant, muffin, toast, and candy). The refrigerator was stocked with water, juice, and milk. Smart TV is available. There's a common area with a kettle and coffee machine (tea bags and coffee capsules are provided). Literally a stone's throw away is a beautiful promenade with cafes and restaurants (the seafood is delicious). There's a beach with rocky entry, but you can still swim in October - the sea is warm. The property was very well located. It is modern , clean and great facilities The owner, Matteo was always available to answer any questions and we even met him unexpectedly. Lovely young gentleman! He left us water, tea, coffee and croissants for breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the sea view out of the front is just stunning. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and great for anyone picking up a cruise. Matteo even sorted out transport to the ship the next day for us. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in this port town We would definitely come back.

The accommodation was what was advertised and expected, the double glazed windows made the room ultra quiet and it was in the centre of town so everything you need was right there

Excellent location (5 min walk from the train station) and an amazing view of the ocean. Lovely staff members (specially Mattia). Very clean and spacious room (our room even had a washing machine which was a pleasant surprise!). Very good breakfast. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Civitavecchia!

Very nice B&B Mansion beside the sea, beautiful seapromenade and near railwaystation. We got in there clean and big relaxing room and living room. The host in this place is something very special, so kind and helpful. We recommed this place for everyone.

The location is fantastic, everything you need a short walk away. The apartment was modern, very comfortable beds and exceptionally clean! The kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine and the wonderful hosts stocked coffee, tea and condiments. Emmanuel, our host, was delightful and so helpful. There is an elevator which helps with luggage up to the apartment. Amazing views over the port. Highly recommend this apartment!

The host communicated with me before my arrival and checked in with me on my travel day to anticipate the exact time of my arrival. She sent me pics of the beautiful sea near the BnB before my travel date. The unit was impeccably clean with an attention to detail. A shower cap and great water pressure in the shower. Little biscuits left for morning coffee. The host carried my luggage upstairs for me and showed me how to use the AC and the coffee maker etc. The bedding is high quality sheets and pillows and the mattress was very comfortable. The unit is nicely decorated and it is incredibly quiet being on the upper floor. In the morning, I had an issue with the breakfast Café and the host sent her husband down in 5 minutes to assist me. I had a wonderful, restful night and would stay here again.
